The simple things.

Right now Honey and Lovie are chillin' on the loveseat, listening to Led Zep playing on the iPhone, giggling up a storm. Lovie is fascinated by the phone and Honey has downloaded apps specifically for her. She played with them for awhile, but discovered a game that's much more fun. Hide the phone. Honey will shove it in the cushions and Lovie has to go spelunking for it. She thinks this is hysterical. She'll giggle and smile and looke over at me as if to say "Mama, this is so much fun!" Looking at them right now my heart is full to overflowing.

Sometimes it's the simple things that make you realize how much you absolutely love your family.

Come to think of it, it's always the simple things.
